The Strategy Plan 2026 - 2028 is now Available

The 2026–2028 Strategic Plan is our vision for the future, grounded in more than two decades of learning, advocacy, and community-led action. It sets out how femLINKpacific will continue to strengthen pathways between grassroots communities and national, regional, and global decision-making spaces, ensuring that the voices of women and marginalized communities remain at the heart of sustainable development, peace, and human security.

Developed through consultation and reflection, the Strategy Plan reaffirms our commitment to amplifying the leadership and contributions of our Diverse Rural Women Leaders Network, Young Women, persons living with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ community members, whose lived experiences, resilience, and leadership continue to drive meaningful change across Fiji and the Pacific. Their work demonstrates how grassroots action can influence policies, strengthen accountability, and shape more inclusive societies.

As we look toward 2028, we acknowledge the invaluable role of our past and current donors, partners, and stakeholders. Your solidarity, collaboration and trust have enabled communities to access information, build leadership, strengthen community media, and participate in decisions that affect their lives. This continued partnership remains critical to advancing feminist principles, inclusive communication, and community-driven solutions for the future.

Our 2026–2028 Strategic Plan is now available on the femLINKpacific website. We invite you to explore our shared vision for the future and join us as we continue working towards a Pacific where every voice matters and every community has the opportunity to lead change.
